Spell Fist

* The effect of skill level has changed.

Vacuum Extreme

* SP cost has changed.
* Variable cast time has changed.
* Skill level now influences the area of effect of the skill.
* Skill level now influences the duration of the skill.
* The duration of the effect is decreased by the STR of the target.

Psychic Wave

* Fixed cast time changed.
* Variable cast time changed.
* The stun effect has been removed.
* Damage formula is adjusted.

Cloud Kill

* When using the skill, you need to use two red gems.

* Variable cast time is adjusted.
* The probability of the crystallized state is changed.
* Damage formula is adjusted.
* Can now be used to deal damage to boss monsters.
* The crystallized status effect duration is now reduced by the targets VIT stat.

Warmer

* SP cost is adjusted.
* Skill reuse time is changed.
* HP recovery of the skill is adjusted.

Varetyr Spear

* Damage formula is adjusted.
* Stun duration is adjusted.

Arullo

* Now takes one yellow gemstone to cast.
* Cannot be cast on friendly targets.

* The target's base level and INT reduce the duration of deep sleep. (Also applies to wanderer/minstrel's deep sleep lullaby).

- Royal Guard skill balancing is applied:

Over Brand

* Skill damage formula is changed.

Banding

* When more than one royal guard is in banding, the probability of targets that get near the royal guard of getting the coercion status has changed. Targets that are under the coercion status effect have their movement speed decreased. Does not affect friendly targets.

Inspiration

* The penalty where blessing/increase agi would not affect you was removed.
* The penalty where you could not use items was removed.
* The penalty where you could not recover HP or SP was removed.

Firewalk
-Durration per wall removed from description, now lists a global 12s per wall.
-Now states skill level increases damage.

Electric
-Durration per wall removed from description, now lists a global 12s per wall.
-Now states skill level increases damage.

Spell Fist
- Wording now says that skill level increases damage.

Vacuum Extreme
- The 7x7 area was removed from the main description.
- Now states that increased str will lower the duration.
- Level 1: Now 3x3 area from 7x7, duration changed from 5s to 4s.
- Level 2: Now 3x3 area from 7x7, duration stays at 6s.
- Level 3: Now 5x5 area from 7x7, duration changed from 7s to 8s.
- Level 4: Now 5x5 area from 7x7, duration changed from 8s to 10s.
- Level 5: Area remains at 7x7, duration changed from 9s to 12s.

Psychic Wave
- Description updated to read "Skill level and the casters INT influences the damage dealt".

Cloud Kill
- The part related to changing the target to poison was removed.
- Now states that it causes poison status unconditionally.
- Now says skill level increases damage dealt.
- Now states that it requires two red gemstones.

Poison Buster
- States skill level increases damage.

Striking
- Says players with striking active will constantly drain SP.
- States that learned levels of flame launcher/frost weapon/lightning loader/siesmic weapon increases the skills effect.
- Level 1 gives Weapon Attack +35 instead of +100.
- Level 2 gives Weapon Attack +45 instead of +150.
- Level 3 gives Weapon Attack +55 instead of +200.
- Level 4 gives Weapon Attack +65 instead of +250.
- Level 5 gives Weapon Attack +75 instead of +300.

Earth Grave
- States that skill level and siesmic weapon skill level increases damage.
- Description now says it will deal damage to hiding and cloaking targets.

Diamond Dust
- States that skill level and frost weapon skill level increases damage.
- Says that the targets vit lowers the duration of the crystalized status.

Varetyr Spear
- States that skill level and lightning loader skill level increases damage.

Arrullo
- Now lists a casting cost of 1 yellow gemstone.
