No. I'm afraid it's not that. Sara and Flonne are both female names, yet he called you he and she. We should rather call you as a boy only, or as a girl only. Which means it is:
"One when he's home and one when he's at work."
or
"One when she's home and one when she's at work."

He's going to change his name soon to Yandols, which means he's a boy. And He's using "Yandols" atm even before changing it. So....... Idk :P Lol. Fail XD
