Board Update 04/09/2009

Well, the first changelog for an update i made for boards.
This update includes:
- Updated Rules section
- Updated Registration Page
- Minor board description updates
- New sections added for Ragnarok Online (Work In Progress)
- Forum sections renaming and re-ordering.
- Added New Theme - Blue Night (Beta) (Warning Some Features might not work when you use this theme!)
- Added New Hidden Emoticons, if you play RO you will surely know how to use them. /gg
And some other stuff i may have forgotten.
