Board Update 07/09/2009 [Many updates]

Well today comes with quite alot of updates.
- A new theme has been made called Terminal Velocity, it is now also the default theme of Rocknarok.
- Old corrupted theme has been permanently deleted.
- Renamed 1 forum section (forgot which one =.=)
- New user groups and title ranks have been made.
- New admins have been elected. They are Sephiroth1995 and nopihina.
- 1 hidden new emotion has been added by our administrators: nopihina.
- Rules have been updated with a few new rules.
- Finally fixed that bug with new themes.
- ssx9 has made new user rank icons for the forums. Because of this he has been promoted to the GFX Team. The Listing of User Title and Ranks can be found here.
- The same goes to ArkazaiN for making a great banner for the forum. :D
- Information about the Ragnarok Online Games have been added by me.
- Affiliation section created (by Sephiroth1995)
- Sacret Grounds has been updated.
And some more other things that i may have forgotten.
