RTS2 Arsinoe Patch (The new continent)

Yandol earlier today said that new patch for RTS2 will be out.
On behalf of Yandols i post the update because it is finished uploading.

NOTICE!! The Arsinoe Patch is for ONLY IF YOU HAVE PATCH VERSION 26 or above.
If you have patch version LOWER than 26 then patch to 26 first before installing Arsinoe Patch.
NOTICE 2!! me and yandol didnt have time to test this so dont be surprised if got problem.
