Fragments of the lost TRRC Changes Part 3

Well, this update took a long phrase. I even forgot what I did back then.
Here's what I remember I did:
- Seperated chatboxes into different channels. (i dont remember how this helps, but worth a try)
- Fixed Zel's Moderation Powers. (finally)
- I switched back to Yandols form because I was in Sara form for too long.
- Created section for Rocknarok Story.
- Assigned new Alpha Moderator.
And heres a list of the updates that was supposed to be for Part 3, but not yet done:
[_] Reconstruct Site Bulletin
[_] Reconstruct Rules
[_] Make Forum Games section post-count-gainable. [See this topic for more info.]
[_] Adjustments to some themes
[_] Add some new themes / Remove some old themes
[_] Create new user rank icons
[_] Do some adjustments in TRRC Footer
And thats all I remember, remind me if there was anything I forgot.
Oh, and one last thing. The CUR requests that was originally launched in Part 1 of this update has been canceled as of today. The respective thread will be locked and archived.
