Oh C'mon. I'm the guy who usually the CB doesn't work for him. And it works. This is weird.
I used to wait one/two days till it work. Or I was reloading the page a lot. Try it! Maybe it'll help

Compare just now (afternoon) and now (evening/night) with where I am and was. =.=

Totally agreed, at least Shoutbox works always and on every single OS/browser, not like CB <_< wrrrr

Recently Flash has been inactive for quite a while or huge major lag. I advice you people to not refresh too frequently.
