I get this error at S4

Yesterday I played S4, and it worked fine. But now, each time I try to Start the game, I get this error or whatever it is:

Any Ideas?
Note: I uninstall the game and reinstall it again but I'm getting the same error.

I've never seen that error before. So I can't help on this part.
I'll try to get zelleh and the others to check this thread.

i got that once. All i can say is to re-download the whole game.

I got this at elsword NA. it seems to be an IP block. I got this same error at elsword NA when the IP block was up and when i was not using Hot Spot. Try redownloading the whole game?

Well yeah, try HSS as see if theres any difference.
